Welcome to the Division of Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) website. CPL is a division of the Office of Education within the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Alberta.
CPL offers a variety of programs and services dedicated to meeting the learning needs of physicians and allied health professionals. Our new team is dedicated to promoting Continuous Medical Education (CME) for family physicians and specialists that work in both urban and rural areas of Alberta.
CPL works independently, as well as in collaboration with other departments and university partners, on a number of programs to address perceived and unperceived needs of physicians.
