Clinical Acupuncture
Develop diagnostic and therapeutic skills in the clinical application of acupuncture. Discussion will include the general principles of acupuncture therapy, the basic principles for prescription and selection of acupuncture points, systemic therapy, clinical series (e.g., the musculoskeletal system, sports and family medicine, oncology, neurology, geriatrics, etc.) and medical problem solving. Presentation will consist of approximately 10% lecture and 90% clinical work and discussion. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level 3 course and examinations.
