Cancellation/Refund Guideline

Cancellation of yearly registration fees must be received in writing along with the original receipt of payment before September 30, 2011. The Registration Fees will be subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds accepted after September 30, 2011.

Sherwood Park PCN Urban Program

Join us for monthly Continuous Medical Education, jointly offered by Sherwood Park PCN and Continuous Professional Learning, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, University of Alberta. This customized program will feature self reflection, EMR optimization, practice review and an interactive learning experience with leading Specialists.

The program takes place the first Wednesday of every month at The Ramada Inn, Sherwood Park (30 Broadway Boulevard) from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Winter Semester (January to April): $157.50
