If you have attended Continuous Medical Education programs with CPL, you can print off your credit transcripts. Our self serve credit transcripts can be accessed here. Just login using your email address as your login and the password you were assigned and you will have an official transcript for your records. Follow the prompts on the page if you have forgotten your assigned password.
CPL does not submit credit transcripts on your behalf.
